Sauna and Cold Plunge

We are so happy to announce the opening of our brand new additions: the 8-person traditional cedar sauna, invigorating cold plunge, and a cozy indoor/outdoor chill space at Ceremony Social Spa. These enhancements have been carefully designed and thoughtfully curated to transport you out of time and into connection with your life-source and to your true self. 

 Our sauna features heated stones and aromatic cedar to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment. With carefully controlled temperature and humidity levels, you can enjoy a range of sauna experiences, including traditional dry heat, steam, herbal infusions and more. Let the sauna help you detoxify, improve circulation, promote deep relaxation and enhance your overall well-being.

Following the heat of the sauna, take a dip into our refreshing cold plunge. Immerse yourself in the revitalizing ozonated water which will invigorate your senses, uplift your mood and provide a delightful contrast to the sauna experience. The cold plunge offers a myriad of benefits including improved circulation, reduced inflammation, boosted immunity and increased alertness. This exhilarating addition is bound to leave you feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world. The temperature in the cold plunge can range from 38 to 55 degrees. Come earlier in the day for the coldest temperatures.

Individual sessions are $44 for non-members and $20 for our massage members, and you get up to 2 hours in the space with each booking. The sauna/cold plunge is a communal space and there may be up to 8 people in the space at a time. Click here to book a sauna/cold plunge session.

The sauna/cold plunge 10-pack ($250) is the best value for individuals who will come once a week or less or for groups of people. Click here to purchase a sauna/cold plunge 10-pack. Once you have purchased the 10-pack, you will still need to create a booking each time you come in to use the sauna/cold plunge, but you will not be charged for those bookings, as we will redeem a session from your 10-pack

For those wanting to make the sauna/cold plunge part of your daily routine, we offer an unlimited sauna/cold plunge membership, which allows you one 2-hour booking per day. The cost of the membership is $292/month. It cannot be shared. Click here to purchase a sauna/cold plunge membership. You will still need to book a sauna/cold plunge session online to make sure there is space, but you will not be charged for your session as it will be covered by your membership.

The sauna/cold plunge lounge is a great place to socialize with. a group of friends. If your group is 6 persons are larger, we are happy to make it a private booking for your group. You can book groups online, but it’s probably easiest just to call us for large groups.
